37   Savings 




   37. Savings---(1) The repeal by section 36 of this Act of the New
 Zealand Railways Corporation Amendment Act 1987 does not affect the
 amendments to the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 made by
 section 3 of that Act.

   (2) The repeal by section 36 of this Act of the New Zealand Railways
 Corporation Amendment Act (No. 2) 1987 does not affect the provisions of
 section 10 of that Act.
