66. Restrictions on pay equity claims---Where a pay equity claim in
respect of a female occupation or part thereof has been made in relation
to a particular award or agreement, no further pay equity claim in
respect of that female occupation or part thereto may be made in
relation to that award or agreement or any subsequent award or
agreement---
(a) Within 5 years after the date on which the pay equity claim was
settled or decided; or
(b) Before the end of the implementation period,---
whichever is the later.
