5   Employment Equity Commissioner 




   5. Employment Equity Commissioner---(1) There shall be a Commissioner
 to be called the Employment Equity Commissioner.

   (2) The Commissioner shall be appointed by the Governor-General on the
 recommendation of the Minister of Labour.
