29. Joint equal employment opportunities programmes---(1) Where two or
 more companies that are employers to which this Part of this Act applies
 are related companies within the meaning of the Companies Act 1955,
 those companies may, with the approval in writing of the Commissioner,
 develop and lodge a single equal employment opportunities programme
 under section 28 of this Act in respect of the workers employed by the
 companies; and section 28 of, and the Schedule to, this Act shall apply
 accordingly in respect of those companies with all necessary
 modifications.

   (2) Employers of the type described in paragraphs (a) to (e) of
 section 24 (1) of this Act may, with the approval in writing of the
 Commissioner, develop and lodge a joint equal employment opportunities
 programme under section 28 of this Act in respect of the workers
 employed by them; and section 28 of, and the Schedule to, this Act shall
 apply accordingly in respect of those employers with all necessary
 modifications.
