10. Auditors---The person or persons holding office as the auditors of
 the Bank immediately before the appointed day shall continue to hold
 that office on and after the appointed day and until the conclusion of
 the next annual general meeting of the Bank after the appointed day as
 if appointed to that office under section 163 (1) of the Act.
