2. Definition of ``fencing covenant'' amended---Section 2 of the
 principal Act is hereby amended by omitting from paragraph (b) of the
 definition of the term ``fencing covenant'' the words ``that adjoining
 land'', and substituting the words ``the land occupied by the first
 party''.
