Miscellaneous Provisions

   33. Annual report---The Council shall, as soon as practicable after
 the end of every financial year, furnish to the Minister a report of the
 proceedings and operations of the Council for that financial year,
 together with a copy of its audited accounts for that financial year and
 the report of the Audit Office on those accounts.
