10. Adding land to the Wyndham Recreation Reserve---Whereas the land
 hereinafter described is Crown land, and adjoins the Wyndham Recreation
 Reserve: And whereas it is desirable that the said land should be added
 to the said reserve and vested in the Wyndham Town Board, subject to the
 provisions of the Wyndham Recreation Reserve Act, 1877: Be it therefore
 enacted as follows:---

   (1) The land hereinafter described is hereby declared to form part of
 the Wyndham Recreation Reserve and to be vested in the Wyndham Town
 Board, subject to the provisions of the Wyndham Recreation Reserve Act,
 1877, and all the provisions of that Act shall apply to such land as if
 it had been included in the Schedule thereto.

   (2) The land to which this section relates is particularly described
 as follows:---

   All that area in the Southland Land District, containing by
 admeasurement eight acres two roods eight perches, more or less, being
 Sections 81 and 82, Block VI, Town of Wyndham: as the same is more
 particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/363, deposited in
 the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and
 thereon bordered red.
