15. Cancelling reservation of Parehuia Domain---Whereas Section 2,
 Block XVI, Ohinemuri Survey District, in the Auckland Land District,
 containing twelve acres and twenty perches, was by Warrant published in
 the Gazette of the twenty-seventh day of August, eighteen hundred and
 ninety-six, permanently reserved for recreation purposes: And whereas by
 Order in Council published in the Gazette of the seventh day of October,
 nineteen hundred and nine, the said land was brought under the operation
 of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the Public
 Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, and designated the Parehuia Domain: And
 whereas it is now desired to revoke the setting-apart of the said land
 as a public domain: Be it therefore enacted as follows:---

   The said Order in Council is hereby revoked, and the said land is
 hereby declared to be freed from the provisions of Part II of the Public
 Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.
